 I’m Rick Milano (Rinsin' Rick) — husband, father, artist, musician, and the guy behind Vanguard Power Clean.

After running my own certified property inspection business for many years — with 18 professional certifications and a reputation for thorough, honest work — I decided it was time to build something new. Something I could take pride in every day. Vanguard Power Clean grew from that vision: an exterior cleaning company built on craftsmanship, creativity, and community.

We provide window cleaning and pressure washing for residential and small commercial properties across Boerne and the Texas Hill Country. Whether it’s restoring the shine to your windows or blasting away years of grime from patios, driveways, walkways, siding, or storefront glass — we focus on bringing your property back to life.

As a longtime tradesman and lifelong artist, I bring a creative eye and a detail-driven mindset to every job. There’s a rhythm to this work — and when it’s done right, it doesn’t just look better, it feels better. That’s what I aim to deliver.

Let’s face it — a lot of service companies miss the mark. Missed calls, late arrivals, rushed work. I’ve been on the receiving end of that, and I built Vanguard to be the opposite. We treat every client the way we’d want to be treated: with respect, communication, and follow-through.

This business is personal to me. It’s how I provide for my family and show my daughter what it means to build something from the ground up.
