TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective as of 1/01/2025

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Vanguard Power Clean, including pressure washing, window cleaning, and any other exterior cleaning services.

  

1. Scope of Work

All services performed are limited to the specific tasks outlined in the written estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Any changes or additions must be approved in writing prior to execution. We reserve the right to decline work outside the agreed-upon scope.

  

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on square footage, access, surface condition, and scope. Heavily soiled areas, stains, or complex access situations may result in additional charges.

  • Final payment is due immediately upon job completion, unless alternative terms are approved in writing.
  • A minimum trip or service charge may apply.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Work is scheduled within a flexible completion window (typically 3–7 days) to accommodate weather, route optimization, and job size.
  • Customers are not required to be on-site if access has been granted and agreements signed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or prior jobs running over. You will be notified if rescheduling is necessary.

  

4. Weather & Safety

Vanguard Power Clean may postpone or cancel work at any time due to weather, unsafe site conditions, or health/safety concerns. Jobs will be rescheduled as soon as conditions allow.

  

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Client is responsible for providing clear, safe access to all work areas.
  • Windows must be closed, and fragile outdoor items (e.g., furniture, planters) should be removed before service begins.
  • Water and power must be available on-site unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Dogs must be secured, and gates unlocked.

  

6. Liability & Damages

We take every precaution to protect your property. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, cracked surfaces, old window seals, faulty screens, or leaks revealed during service.
  • Services performed at height are done using safe practices; however, Vanguard Power Clean is not liable for damage to surfaces not designed for pressure or water exposure.
  • Our insurance covers accidents caused directly by our work, not latent defects or previously damaged materials.

  

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a trip charge.

  

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We’ll do our best to make it right.

  

By scheduling service with Vanguard Power Clean, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
