SCHEDULING & COMPLETION WINDOW
Once a work agreement or contract is signed, customers do not need to be present on-site for completion although your presence is always better!
• Window Cleaning jobs are typically completed within a 3- to 5-day window based on route optimization and weather conditions.
Customers will receive confirmation before arrival, and work will be documented for your records.
Final payment is due immediately upon job completion, unless alternative terms have been agreed to in writing prior to the start of work.
PRESSURE WASHING SERVICES
Pricing is based on square footage, surface type, and overall condition.
See tables below for a better vision of estimates, pricing and services.
Pressure Washing jobs are scheduled within a 7-day window unless otherwise agreed upon.
Standard Exterior Surface Cleaning (Driveways, Walkways, Patios, Pool Decks)
• $0.15 – $0.20 per square foot (standard concrete)
• Heavily soiled or neglected surfaces may be subject to additional fees
Minimum Job Price: $140
Additional Services & Costs
• Rust or oil stain treatment: $25–$50 per area
• Multi-level surfaces or steps: +$25–$50
• Detached surfaces or secondary locations on-site: +$30+ depending on complexity
House Exterior Washing (Basic Rinse Only – No Roofs or Delicate Surfaces)
• Single story: $0.25 – $0.35 per sq ft of exterior surface
• Two story: $0.35 – $0.50 per sq ft
• Add-ons such as garage doors, fences, or retaining walls quoted separately
